Profo – AI Powered Platform Built for Next-Gen Creators
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all refunds and cancellations for Services provided by SHCH Digitech India Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Profo (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Vardhman South Plaza, Pocket H, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi 110076, India.
By accessing or using the Profo Platform (https://profo.app
), You (“User”, “Creator”, or “End-User”) agree to the terms of this Policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing, subscribing, or using any of Our Services.
– Profo is a digital software and service platform (SaaS) that enables Users to build landing pages, sell digital content, and manage affiliates.
– All payments made towards subscription plans, platform fees, or any paid features are non-refundable once the Services are activated or accessed.
– Refunds are not applicable to Services or features already utilized, accessed, or consumed by the User, whether in part or full.
– Profo operates on a subscription-based model. By purchasing a plan, You agree to automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
– Renewal charges are billed automatically using Your saved payment method.
– To avoid renewal, You must cancel Your subscription before the renewal date via Your dashboard or by contacting support at support@profo.app.
– Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges once they have been processed.
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Duplicate Payment: If You are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
2. Payment Failure with Deduction: If Your account is debited but Services were not activated within 48 hours.
3. Unauthorized Charge: If a payment was made without Your consent and verified by Our payment partner.
In all such cases, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date by writing to support@profo.app
with proof of payment.
-If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
No refunds will be granted if:
– You voluntarily cancel Your account after Service activation.
– You purchase a wrong plan or change Your mind post-purchase.
– You misuse or violate the Terms & Conditions, leading to suspension or termination.
– Service interruptions occur due to third-party providers (payment gateways, hosting partners, etc.).
– Affiliate commissions or digital sales made via Your landing page are disputed with End-Users.
– You may cancel Your subscription anytime through Your account settings or by contacting support.
– Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but the current plan will remain active until its expiry date.
– Once canceled, You will not be entitled to any partial or prorated refund.
If You (as a Creator) sell digital products, content, or courses to End-Users using Profo’s platform, refund policies for those products are Your responsibility.
Profo only facilitates payment collection on Your behalf and is not liable for refund or cancellation disputes between You and Your End-Users.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated by a User or End-User:
– The disputed amount will be temporarily held until resolution.
– SHCH Digitech India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend the associated account if fraudulent activity is suspected.
– Any chargeback fees imposed by payment partners will be borne by the User.
While Profo aims for 99% uptime, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds or compensation, unless Services remain unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to Company fault.
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to:

Include the following details for faster resolution:
– Full name
– Registered email ID
– Transaction ID and date
– Reason for refund or cancellation
– Proof of payment (if applicable)
SHCH Digitech India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on https://profo.app. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
